Basically Reinhard Homestay Service is to the additional Birdwatching Site beside Lore Lindu National Park. People stay here at the first day of their arrival or the last fday after Lore Lindu Birding, butFor Maleo, the birders stay for at least 3 days. Our service also guiding you to a special place near the forest. The Maleo Location here is not popular because not many birder ever been there. Beside Maleo you can also seen the other birds here.
Our location is near the river, Oloboju river bed which was teeming with birds,the biggest target here Pale-headed Munia – restricted to Sulawesi and the Lesser Sunda islands,Black-headed Munias, Black-faced Munia. Our homestay was extremely rich in other birdlife with large numbers of hawking Rainbow Bee-eaters, White-shouldered Triller and Pied Bushchat,savanna Nightjars,Red-backed Buttonquails, etc.
